Are you and your partner struggling to hear and truly understand each other? Are you having difficulties communicating your needs and feelings in a way that feels BOTH authentic AND kind? Do you find yourself having the same argument about different topics (or different arguments about the same topics) without a sense of resolve? We are programmed to seek out attention in a world where healthy communication isn't modeled to us. If you're looking for a way to establish, strengthen, and maintain meaningful relationships with others, you might just be in the right place.

My role as a therapist is to help you identify those barriers and discover tools and skills needed to work through the conflict in a healthier, more authentic way. I have experience helping people slow down, identify feelings and needs, and finding clear, kind, and firm ways of sharing insights with important others in life.

Even when in an intimate relationship with another person/other persons, it can be so easy to feel disconnected. I am here to help. If you've gotten this far, keep the ball rolling and reach out for a free 15 minute consultation! You don't have to do this alone.
